1、 The purpose and scope of application of the machine
This machine is a three roll symmetrical and upward regulating plate rolling equipment, mainly used for bending metal plates into cylindrical tubes of various diameters during cold working processes. 3、 The main structure and working principle of the machine
3-1. This machine is an upward symmetrical bending machine, which completes the rolling of cylindrical workpieces through the downward pressure of the upper roller and the rolling of the upper and lower rollers.
3-2. This machine consists of two main parts: the working part and the transmission part, which are welded onto the overall chassis. The working part consists of left and right roller bearing seats, an upper roller, two lower rollers (all three rollers are made of 45 # forged round material, quenched and tempered, and medium frequency heat treated), lifting screw worm gear pairs, and some auxiliary parts. The lower roller is the main driving roller, and the upper roller is the passive roller. The upper roller can be adjusted up and down along the height direction. The transmission part consists of a main motor, a main reducer, and other auxiliary components.
3-3. The transmission of the lower rollers is achieved by the main motor through the main reducer. The output shaft of the main reducer is transmitted to the two lower rollers through a set of gears, and the change in the direction of roller rotation is obtained by reversing the direction of the main motor.
The implementation of the upper roller lifting motion is achieved by the auxiliary motor driving the worm and worm gear mechanisms under the left and right roller bearing seats through the auxiliary reducer, causing the screw fixed on the worm gear to rotate, thereby moving the lifting screw up and down to complete the task. The lifting transmission device is made of copper worm gear and copper nut.
3-5. The unloading device is designed to remove the workpiece after the cylindrical part is rolled. Before unloading, the upper roller should be lifted into place, and a balance rod should be used to pull the upper roller at the end of the upper roller. Then, the pin shaft on the tilting bearing seat should be pulled out, and the tilting bearing seat should be overturned. The rolled workpiece can be released from one end of the upper roller.
